This image was taken by Chad Stamm, a former resident of 272 Bleecker during the time of the attacks. While living there with his girlfriend and now wife, Allison, he photographed this series of photos using box cameras he purchased that morning at the corner bodega. Chad currently resides in Lisbon, Portugal, where he has just completed a novel set on Bleecker Street during this time period.
