Ralph Lee (b. 1936, d. 2023) was a puppeteer who lived at Westbeth starting in 1970. In 1974, in collaboration with Theatre for the New City, Lee founded the first Village Halloween Parade, originally starting at Westbeth and concluding in Washington Square Park.
