LPC Public Hearing – July 21st, 2026
Closed / Approved: The LPC gave approval for the issuance of a favorable report to the City Planning Commission for the proposed continuing maintenance program for the landmark (the church) in connection with a transfer of development rights pursuant to Section 75-4 2 of the Zoning Resolution. The transfer is for a site on 3rd Avenue and is for approximately 1/5th of the church’s available development rights.
Community Board 23 Meeting – June 23rd, 2026
CB Resolution recommended: Approval of the maintenance plan related to the proposed transfer of air rights from the church to a development site located at 50-64 Third Avenue under Section 75-42 of the Zoning Resolution.
