PAST HEARING/MEETING DATES and DECISIONS

LPC Public Hearing – February 24th, 2026
Approved with modifications: That a simple metal guardrail be installed at the roof, in lieu of the proposed glass railing.

Community Board 2 Meeting – February 12th, 2026
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Denial of the non-historic metal windows and that instead they be in historic wooden design; and
B. Denial of the stoop gate unless it is divided with only the west side normally operable to clear the
existing tree pit and provide pedestrian passage; and
C. Approval of the rear extension and the roof top bulkhead.

Please note: At this time, all LPC public hearings and meetings are hybrid. Members of the public may participate in-person at the LPC Hearing Room, 253 Broadway, Second Floor, or virtually via Zoom and YouTube. For a video tutorial on how to participate virtually, click HERE.
