APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: The applicant work with staff to refine the cornice detailing in relation to reflecting the original design, and on the configuration of the windows, to ensure maximum practical visual fidelity to historic conditions.
Community Board 2 Meeting – May 14th, 2026
CB Resolution Recommends: Approval of the thoughtful restoration with attention to historic detail provided that the ground floor cornice has the historic profile and details evident in the original renderings and historic photographs.
