LPC Public Hearing – May 19th, 2026
APPROVED WITH MODIFICATIONS: The applicants will work with staff to adjust the appearance of the elevator shaft by flattening the conical roof, lessen the openings, and increase the scale of muntins to have a more industrial appearance.
Manhattan Community Board 2 Meeting – January 15th, 2026
CB Resolution Recommends:
A. Approval of the modifications to the greenhouse design and the installation of the elevator shaft; and
B. That the glazing in the elevator shaft be inset provided that this can be done in conformance to safety and fire regulations.
